Verona von Wagner is a sweet, beautiful 4 year old German Shepherd. She gets very attached to her human quickly. When our volunteer picked her up from the shelter, it was clear Verona was attached to the shelter attendant because he had spent some time with her (she was a favorite of his!). She kept her eyes on him as he walked away. She even bonded to our volunteer after a little while in the car together. Speaking of the car, Verona was a perfect lady - even in traffic! She just sat back and looked around at the world around her without making a peep as if she was taking it all in knowing she had just been saved from a terrible fate. Verona is good on a leash and loves to give kisses and her paw. She is a little picky about the dogs she likes but she loves every human she meets. Verona would be a joy as an addition to any family! If you want a dog who knows her commands and will shower you with affection, Verona is your girl!
